We started out working with Personnel Manager and Personnel Director from Vizual but when these products were withdrawn in April 2009 we spent considerable time ensuring we chose the best replacement for our existing customer base and future prospects. People Inc. was clearly the best solution not just because it is similar in its look and feel but mainly because its additional functionality made it a much more powerful option for customers who wanted to do more than simply record staff details.
